In het hart van de kastelen van het Katharenland aan de voet van de Bugarach, op ons schaduwrijke terras of in onze eetzaal met airconditioning, nodigen wij u uit om de smaken van ons land en de culinaire tradities van onze streek te ontdekken. Onze specialiteiten: poularde met morillesaus, wolk van kreupelhout en zijn mille feuilles van aardappelen, runderwang, boles de picoulat, cassoulet, lamsschouder, eendenborst...
het menu verandert elke 3 maanden.
Alles is huisgemaakt, met groenten voornamelijk uit eigen tuin.
Uitzonderlijke opening mogelijk voor groepen.
