Das Restaurant befindet sich im Stadtzentrum in einem Gebäude aus dem späten 17. Jahrhundert und wird seit 55 Jahren von der Familie Leterme geführt. Das Lokal bietet zwei Themenbereiche an: traditionelle Küche und Brasserie, die edle Produkte aus der Region vereint. Die Vorschläge folgen dem Lauf der Jahreszeiten und sind neoklassisch inspiriert.Mitglied des Cercle des Restaurateurs d'Ardenne.
