Situato nel centro della città, in un edificio della fine del XVII secolo, il ristorante è gestito dalla famiglia Leterme da 55 anni e offre due tipi di cucina, tradizionale e brasserie, che combinano prodotti nobili e locali. Le proposte seguono il corso delle stagioni e sono di ispirazione neoclassica.Membro del Cercle des Restaurateurs d'Ardenne.
