Das Château Chasse-Spleen baut seit einigen Jahren eine Sammlung zeitgenössischer Kunst auf, die sich auf aufstrebende Künstler konzentriert. Diese Sammlung ist das Ergebnis der Entscheidungen des Ehepaars Villars-Foubet, das die Schlösser Chasse-Spleen, Camensac und Gressier Grand Poujeaux besitzt.
Im Park und im Weinkeller befinden sich ständige Werke von Felice Varini, Benoit Maire, Liam Gillick, Patrick Neu, Morgane Tschiember, Vincent Ganivet, Pierre Labat, Anita Molinero, Guzman et Paeve, Ann Veronica Janssens, Lilian Bourgeat.
Die Sanierung der am 1. Juni 2017 für die Öffentlichkeit freigegebenen Chartause aus dem 18. Jahrhundert wurde den Architekten Oriane Deville und Céline Petreau anvertraut. Der größte Teil ist dem Kunstzentrum gewidmet, in dem ein Gastkünstler seine Werke ausstellt.
