Um 1310 wurde auf einer natürlichen Erhebung in der Mitte des Dorfes eine erste gotische Kirche gebaut (von der noch das Erdgeschoss des Turms erhalten ist, heute die Basis des Glockenturms), um die herum der Friedhof angelegt wurde; beide waren wahrscheinlich von einer Palisade umgeben, die bei Gefahr als Zufluchtsort diente
Im Jahr 1750 wurde die Kirche mit Hilfe der Einwohner wieder aufgebaut und erheblich vergrößert; das Innere wurde später im Barockstil der Louis-XVI-Epoche eingerichtet.
