Wir starten mit einer Runde Pina Colada und Mojitos. Dann geht es in die Karibik mit einer 100%igen kubanischen Bestellung und Bedienung. Unser Tisch füllt sich schnell mit Gerichten zum Teilen. Das marinierte und gebratene Schweinefleisch mit Congris-Reis und Maniok mit Knoblauch. Das Huhn mit tropischen Gewürzen und Reis, das mit gebratenen Kochbananen serviert wird. Schließlich das Rinderhackfleisch mit Oliven, Rosinen, Reis und schwarzen Bohnen. Die Bestellung wird Ihnen in verschiedenen Schüsseln serviert, die in der Mitte des Tisches aufgestellt sind. Das Habanita Chic kocht jeden Tag auf traditionelle Weise diese Familienrezepte des kubanischen Lebens. Eine Küche mit afrikanischen, spanischen und asiatischen Einflüssen.
