Kreationen von Gebrauchs- und Dekorationsgegenständen aus Raku. Der besteht darin, den Kontrast zwischen glasierter und geräucherter Erde hervorzuheben. Um dies zu erreichen, dekoriert Renaud Chatenet seine Stücke sorgfältig mit Texturen, die glatte Teile nebeneinander stellen. Er verwendet zwei verschiedene Glasuren: eine transparente Basis, die das für Raku typische Craquelé-Weiß ergibt, und eine Kupferoxidglasur, die Reflexe von Grün über Kupfer bis hin zu manchmal "regenbogenfarbenen" Tönen erzeugt
