Créations de pièces utilitaires et décoratives en Raku. Le consiste à mettre en valeur le contraste de la terre émaillée avec la terre enfumée. Pour cela, Renaud Chatenet décore minutieusement ses pièces avec des textures qui juxtaposent des parties lisses. Il utilise deux émaux différents : une base transparente qui donne le blanc craquelé typique du Raku et un émail à l’oxyde de cuivre qui donne des reflets allant du vert au cuivre en passant par des couleurs parfois « arc-en-ciel »
