Seit 6000 Jahren begleitet der Mensch eine Liane, die Weinrebe, Vitis vinifera . In Frankreich nimmt sie 3% der Fläche ein und verbraucht 20% der Pestizide. Jedes Jahr wird sie krank.
Andere Vitaceen sind resistent: Vitis rupestris, riparia, labrusca ... Wenn man sie mit unseren europäischen Reben kreuzt, entstehen natürlich resistente Reben, die Früchte mit wunderbarem Geschmack hervorbringen. Ich habe mich bewusst dafür entschieden, eine blühende Rebe zu begleiten, die nicht leidet und gegen die meisten Aggressoren resistent ist. Die unberührten Böden der Creuse machen es möglich... Ich möchte bewusst gesunde, lebendige, nicht langweilige Weine, die fröhlich machen, ohne einen verrückt zu machen, die schräg und erstaunlich sind! Meine Traubensäfte arbeiten natürlich, ohne Zusatz von Sulfiten.
