Der Neuntelstein liegt 7 km von der Bergstation Le Hohwald entfernt und erreicht eine Höhe von 971 Metern. Er ist ein Granitfelsen, der die Bergkette im Norden des Andlau-Tals um etwa 30 Meter überragt. Er bietet eine schöne und weite Aussicht: das Massiv des Mont Sainte Odile, die elsässische Ebene und an klaren Tagen den Schwarzwald und die Alpen.
Um dorthin zu gelangen
Von Le Hohwald aus in Richtung Champ du Feu fahren und bei Erreichen des Randpunkts auf der Höhe der Rotlach (Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Wanderungen) rechts parken. Gehen Sie 20 Minuten lang zu Fuß auf dem mit einer roten Scheibe markierten Weg weiter.
Im Winter unter Schnee kaum begehbar. Besonders für Anfänger geeignet
