Dieses ehemalige Feriendorf, das zum Verkauf angeboten wurde, umfasst etwa 100 Ferienhäuser, die ebenso vielen Eigentümern gehören
Jeder hat sein Ferienhaus nach seinem Geschmack dekoriert und eingerichtet, um ein Maximum an Komfort zu bieten.
In der Nähe der Häuser wurden Parkplätze angelegt, um den Verkehr innerhalb des Geländes zu vermeiden.
Der Verein kümmert sich auch um Gruppenaufenthalte und verfügt über einen Saal, in dem Hochzeiten, Cousinaden, Firmenseminare usw. abgehalten werden können, da Veranstaltungen ein wichtiger Teil seiner Tätigkeit sind
