Das am Place Keufer gelegene Gebäude mit zwei Türmchen wurde in der Renaissance erbaut. Es diente als Sitz der Bergbauverwaltung und als Rathaus von Sainte-Marie Alsace. Im mittleren Türmchen erinnert ein eingelassener Block aus silberhaltigem Galenit an die außergewöhnliche Entdeckung eines 600 kg schweren Silberblocks Ende des 16.
