Echter Gemüsegarten, der auf die Bedürfnisse der Schlossherren aber auch des Hauspersonals abgestimmt war. Dieser Garten wurde von den jeweiligen Besitzern angelegt und in respektvoller Tradition gepflegt. Seine Größe beträgt 9000 m² und ist mit einer Mauer aus Natursteinen umsäumt. Dieser Blumen geschmückte Gemüsegarten besitzt auch Obstbäume, über 50 verschiedene Gewürz-, und Heilpflanzen, Gemüse von heute und früher, zahlreiche Varietäten widerstandsfähiger und mehrjähriger Blumen sowie Kürbisgewächse in jeder Form und Farbe.
