Verdadero huerto alimentario, que debía satisfacer las necesidades de los amos y domésticos del castillo, jardín acondicionado y mantenido desde siempre por los propietarios, respetando las tradiciones. Cercado de muros de piedras secas, su superficie es de 9.000 m2. Este huerto florido cuenta con árboles frutales, más de 50 variedades de plantas para condimentar, aromáticas y farmacéuticas, verduras de hoy y de antaño, numerosas variedades de flores vivaces y anuales, cucurbitáceas de todas formas y colores.
