Der Chefkoch ist seit 1987 Spezialist für traditionelle italienische Küche und lässt sich von authentischen Rezepten aus Süditalien und Sizilien inspirieren, wo er seine Wurzeln hat.
Er wird Ihnen seine verschiedenen Spezialitäten mit authentischem italienischem Geschmack vorstellen, wie z. B. rote Herzen mit Mozzarella di Bufala, Tagliatelle mit Jakobsmuscheln, Gnocchi mit Gorgonzola, Osso Bucco vom Kalb, aber auch eine große Auswahl an Pizzas aus dem Holzofen. Sie können auch die traditionellen Gerichte der italienischen Küche probieren: Lasagne, Saltimbocca vom Kalb nach römischer Art, Pastasciutta della nona, Mailänder Schnitzel, gegrilltes Fleisch.
