Hij zal u zijn verschillende specialiteiten met authentieke Italiaanse smaken laten ontdekken, zoals rode harten gevuld met mozzarella di Bufala, tagliatelle met sint-jakobsschelpen, gnocchi gevuld met gorgonzola, kalfsoester, maar ook een divers en gevarieerd aanbod van pizza's bereid op houtvuur. U zult ook de traditionele gerechten uit de Italiaanse keuken kunnen proeven: lasagne, saltimbocca van kalfsvlees à la romaine, pastasciutta della nona, schnitzel milanese, gegrild vlees.
