Auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Vézère- und dem Dordogne-Tal, in der Nähe von Sarlat und zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, liegt La Bichonelle, ein typisches Périgord-Gebäude mit steinernen Nebengebäuden, die Überbleibsel der früheren landwirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten sind. Das Anwesen bietet zwei saisonale Mietobjekte.
Das Ferienhaus La Bichonelle - Marronnier ist ein nicht einsehbares Reihenhaus in einem vollständig umzäunten Hof, das über drei Zimmer für sechs Personen verfügt.
Der mit Salz beheizte Pool wird gemeinsam genutzt und ist durch einen Rollladen gesichert.
