La Bichonelle ligt halverwege de valleien van de Vézère en de Dordogne, dicht bij Sarlat en een groot aantal toeristische attracties. Het is een typisch Périgord gebouw met stenen bijgebouwen die overblijfselen zijn van vroegere landbouwactiviteiten. Het landgoed biedt twee vakantieverblijven.
De gite La Bichonelle - Marronnier is een halfvrijstaand huis op een volledig omheinde binnenplaats, met drie slaapkamers voor zes personen.
Gedeeld zout verwarmd zwembad, beveiligd door een rolluik.
