Die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich in einer ehemaligen Franziskanerbruderschaft im historischen Zentrum der Kathedrale und umfassen vier Ateliers, die von jungen Designern, Architekten, Illustratoren, Siebdruckern und bildenden Künstlern bewohnt werden. Der Komplex verfügt außerdem über einen Ausstellungsraum und einen Saal für verschiedene Veranstaltungen (Mediationen, Konzerte, Filmvorführungen, Konferenzen, Performances usw.) mit einer Kapazität von 80 Personen. IF verfügt außerdem über ein ausgestattetes Studio und drei Gästezimmer, die für die Unterbringung von Künstlern vorgesehen sind.
