Die Cannelés du Pays Basque "Maison Berthold" seit 2012.
Im Herzen von Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port stellen wir jeden Tag unsere Mini-Cannelés für den Aperitif, den Snack oder das Dessert her, wobei wir frischen Produkten aus der Region den Vorzug geben. Je nach Tagesmarkt werden Sie die verschiedenen Sorten entdecken, die wir den ganzen Tag über vor Ort herstellen. Wir arbeiten handwerklich und jeder unserer Cannelés erfordert eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit: die Auswahl unserer Rohstoffe, ihr Zuschnitt von Hand, das individuelle Füllen jeder Form, das sehr präzise und delikate Backen, das Herauslösen aus der Form, um schließlich verkostet zu werden. Die Fabrik ist von Anfang April bis Ende Dezember täglich geöffnet. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch, um Ihnen unsere Arbeit und unsere kulinarischen Kreationen vorzustellen.
