Les Cannelés du Pays Basque "Maison Berthold" dal 2012.
Ogni giorno, nel cuore di Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, prepariamo i nostri mini cannelés per aperitivi, snack e dessert, utilizzando prodotti freschi locali. A seconda del mercato del giorno, scoprirete le diverse varietà che prepariamo sul posto durante la giornata. Lavoriamo in modo tradizionale e ogni nostro cannelé richiede un'attenzione particolare, dalla scelta delle materie prime, al taglio a mano, al riempimento di ogni stampo individualmente, alla cottura molto precisa e delicata, alla rimozione dallo stampo e infine alla degustazione. La fabbrica è aperta tutti i giorni dall'inizio di aprile alla fine di dicembre. Vi aspettiamo per farvi scoprire il nostro lavoro e le nostre creazioni culinarie.
