Die Cité Sellier ist eine zwischen 1953 und 1956 errichtete Wohnsiedlung, die erste der Nachkriegszeit. Sie besteht aus 240 Wohnungen des Typs F2 und F4 in einfachen Gebäuden und 76 Garagen, die um das Gelände herum gebaut wurden
von Grünflächen umgeben sind. Die Schulgruppe wurde 1959 eingeweiht. Wie A. Ribot ist auch H. Sellier einer der großen Namen im sozialen Wohnungsbau. Als Sozialist, Minister und Bürgermeister von Suresnes in der Zwischenkriegszeit realisierte er große Bauvorhaben, die Grünflächen in ihr Zentrum stellten, um sich dem Ideal der "Cité d'habitation" anzunähern
dem Ideal der Gartenstadt (eine Stadt in einer ländlichen Umgebung) anzunähern.
