Die Cidrerie Desvoye liegt in der Gemeinde Beaufour-Druval, einer Etappe der Route du Cidre, in einer typischen Augeron-Landschaft.
Die 10 Hektar Hochstamm-Obstgärten, die biologisch bewirtschaftet werden, liegen in der Appellationszone für Cidre Pays d'Auge. Hier profitieren sie von einem idealen Boden für ihre Entwicklung und die Produktion von Früchten, die dem Cidre Pays d'Auge seine Besonderheit und seine aromatische Komplexität verleihen.
Der Hof wird regelmäßig bei Wettbewerben für Cidre, Pommeau und Calvados ausgezeichnet.
Führungen auf Französisch durch die Obstplantagen, die Verarbeitungswerkstatt und die Cuverie sind auf Voranmeldung möglich.
Anschließend können Sie mit dem Erzeuger die vor Ort hergestellten Produkte wie Poiré, Cidre Pays d'Auge AOP, Cidre Extra-brut, im Calvados-Fass gereifter Cidre, Pommeau de Normandie, Calvados oder Apfelsaft probieren.
Außerdem werden Marmeladen, Karamellbonbons, Apfelessig, Apfelbalsamico, Senf usw. sowie Rillettes de canard und Pont l'évêque von benachbarten Bauernhöfen zum Verkauf angeboten.
