Die Gemeinde Saint-Just-le-Martel beschloss 1989, ihre Bibliothek - ein internationales Dokumentationszentrum für Presse- und Humorzeichnungen - zu erweitern und neu einzurichten. Die Bibliothek hat neben ihren traditionellen Aufgaben die Aufgabe, hochkarätige Kunstausstellungen und Künstler in Residenz zu beherbergen und der Bevölkerung künstlerische und dauerhafte kulturelle Aktionen anzubieten.
Art der verfügbaren Dokumente: Bücher, CDs, DVDs, VHS.
Besonderer Bestand: Thematischer Bestand an Presse- und Humorzeichnungen.
Verfügbare Dienstleistungen: Ausleihe, Fernleihe, Internetzugang (1,00 Euro pro halbe Stunde).
Teilnahme an einem Netzwerk: Netzwerk der Bibliothèque départementale de prêt de la Haute-Vienne (Leihbibliothek des Departements Haute-Vienne).
