Nel 1989, il Comune di Saint-Just-le-Martel ha deciso di ampliare e rinnovare la sua biblioteca e il suo centro di documentazione internazionale sui fumetti e sull'umorismo. Oltre al suo compito tradizionale, la biblioteca si propone di ospitare mostre d'arte di alto livello e artisti in residenza, e di offrire alla popolazione locale attività culturali e artistiche permanenti.

Collezioni speciali: collezione tematica di vignette e umorismo.
Servizi disponibili: prestiti, interprestito, accesso a Internet (1,00 euro per mezz'ora).
Rete: rete di biblioteche dipartimentali di prestito della Haute-Vienne.
