Die Unterkunft von Annick und Denis ist ein kleines Steinhaus für 2 bis 3 Personen, umgeben von einem Garten, im Herzen des regionalen Naturparks Périgord-Limousin, etwa 30 Minuten von Limoges und 15 Minuten von der Dordogne entfernt. Es befindet sich am Eingang des Dorfes und bietet die Möglichkeit, den kleinen Teich zu nutzen (Picknicktische und Angelmöglichkeit). Das Häuschen ist unabhängig, Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank werden mit den Eigentümern, die nebenan wohnen, geteilt. Bücher, Comics und Gesellschaftsspiele stehen Groß und Klein zur Verfügung. Draußen gibt es eine Terrasse, die am Morgen sonnig und am Nachmittag schattig ist. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, eine Clic-Clac-Bank im Wohnzimmer bildet einen Schlafplatz für eine dritte Person.
