La Ferme des Joncs in Saint Phal ist ein geschichtsträchtiger Ort. Auf 10 Hektar Land, umgeben von Wiesen und Wasser, war dieses Bauernhaus die alte Dorfmühle. Sébastien Patient, seit 2018 Eigentümer der Räumlichkeiten, besitzt viele Tiere: Ziegen, Kaninchen, Hühner, Gänse, Pferde, Hunde und Perlhühner. Als Käsezüchter bietet er eine ganze Reihe von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten an: Milchprodukte aus Ziegenmilch (Käse, Faisselle, Joghurt), Eier und Geflügel. Vor Ort finden Sie auch ein Delikatessengeschäft mit lokalen Produkten. Die Boutique ist von Mittwoch bis Sonntag von 17 bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. La Ferme des Joncs ist auf den Märkten von Sainte Savine, Troyes und Aix-en-Othe (mittwochs) präsent.
