Das völlig unabhängige Bauernhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage auf dem Land ohne Gegenüber. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im mittleren Teil des Bauernhauses und öffnet sich zu einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit einer angenehm schattigen Pergola. Der aus den Niederlanden stammende Eigentümer bewohnt den westlichen Teil und betreibt in seinem Haus auch Gästezimmer (2 Zimmer). In der Nähe verläuft ein Wanderweg, auf dem man die wilde Natur der Region um den 730 m hohen Mont Gargan entdecken kann. Der Fluss Briance, der für Sportfischerei bekannt ist, ist etwa 500 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt.
