De boerderij is volledig onafhankelijk en ligt midden op het platteland op een rustige locatie zonder inkijk. De gîte bevindt zich in het centrale deel van de boerderij en komt uit op een omheinde tuin met een aangename schaduwrijke pergola. De eigenaar, oorspronkelijk uit Nederland, woont in het westelijke deel van het huis en is ook te gast in zijn huis (2 kamers). Een wandelpad loopt vlakbij en laat u de wilde natuur van de Mont Gargan ontdekken, die tot 730 m hoogte reikt. De rivier de Briance, beroemd om zijn sportvisserij, ligt op ongeveer 500 m van de gîte.
