Hier schwört man auf Spezialitätenkaffee aus 100 % Arabica-Bohnen, der handwerklich geröstet wird. Man findet ihn in den glühenden Tassen vor den Augen der Kunden, in den bunten Gläsern, die die Regale schmücken, in den Tüten des Lebensmittelladens, in den Tanks der Kaffeemaschinen und auf der überquellenden Speisekarte.
