Dieser lange und schmale Garten (28 m × 400 m) liegt oberhalb des Staudamms des Flusses Careï, auf halbem Weg zwischen der Avenue de Verdun und der Avenue Boyer und wurde um 1899 vom Landschaftsarchitekten Édouard André entworfen.
Rechteckige und quadratische Pflanzgefäße mit abgerundeten Ecken, gesäumt von Reihen von Orangenbäumen (Bigaradiers), subtropischen Massiven und Wasserspielen : Springbrunnen, moderne Skulpturen, Rosenbüsche, Palmen und Magnolien sorgen für eine exotische Atmosphäre.
Während des Citronenfestivals (seit 1936) verwandelt sich Biovès sichtbar in eine Open-Air-Ausstellung beeindruckender Zitruskompositionen.
