Eyke ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde im Bezirk East Suffolk in der englischen Grafschaft Suffolk. Es liegt an der A1152 nahe der Stadt Woodbridge. Eyke hat eine Grundschule, das Herrenhaus von Lord und Lady Lucas mit einem malerischen Teich und einem Pferdeweide sowie ein Pub. Die mittelalterliche Pfarrkirche All Saints wurde in den 1860er Jahren restauriert. Gottesdienste finden normalerweise am ersten und dritten Sonntag des Monats statt.
Die Gemeinde umfasst 2.749 Acres mit einer Bevölkerung von 362 bei der Volkszählung 2011. Der Gemeinderat von Eyke besteht aus sieben Ratsmitgliedern.
