Broadmayne ist ein Dorf im englischen Landkreis Dorset. Es liegt zwei Meilen südöstlich der Kreisstadt Dorchester. Die Hauptstraße A352 zwischen Dorchester und Wareham führt durch das Dorf. Bei der Volkszählung 2001 hatte das Dorf eine Bevölkerung von 1.864, die 2011 auf 1.204 sank. Es gibt einen Wahlbezirk gleichen Namens, dessen Bevölkerung bei der oben genannten Volkszählung 1.870 betrug. Zu den Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen des Dorfes gehören ein Postamt, eine Klinik und ein Gasthaus. Im Dorf gibt es zwei Kirchen, die beide von Thomas Hardy umgestaltet wurden, der ein Architekt war, bevor er Romanautor wurde. Die Pfarrkirche St. Martin stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert und hat einen bemerkenswerten Südturm.
