Cobham () ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde im Stadtbezirk Gravesham in Kent, England. Das Dorf liegt 6 Meilen südöstlich von Gravesend und direkt südlich der Watling Street, der römischen Straße von Dover nach London. Die Gemeinde, die das Weiler Sole Street umfasst, umfasst ein Gebiet von 1.240 Hektar und hatte bei der Volkszählung 2011 eine Bevölkerung von 1.469, verglichen mit 1.328 bei der Volkszählung 2001.
Cobham erscheint nicht als separates Gut im Domesday Book, daher wurde das Dorf und die Gemeinde wahrscheinlich nach 1086 gegründet. Die Familie Cobham war hier vor der Herrschaft von König Johann ansässig. Die Gemeinde Cobham lag ursprünglich im alten Hundred von Shamwell.
