Ackling Dyke ist ein Abschnitt der römischen Straße in England, der sich 22 Meilen südwestlich von Old Sarum zum Hügelbefestigung Badbury Rings erstreckt. Ein Teil der Straße auf Oakley Down wurde als historisches Monument eingestuft.
Ein Großteil der Straße existiert als außergewöhnlich großer Damm, bis zu 50 Fuß breit und 6 Fuß hoch. Dies ist viel breiter als die meisten römischen Straßen. Dies hätte aus großer Entfernung sichtbar sein müssen und sollte die einheimische Bevölkerung beeindrucken, da es aus technischer Sicht unnötig war. Es bot eine schnelle Transportroute für Soldaten über Cranborne Chase.
