Ackling Dyke is een sectie van een Romeinse weg in Engeland die 22 mijl in zuidwestelijke richting loopt van Old Sarum naar de hill fort bij Badbury Rings. Een deel van de weg op Oakley Down is aangemerkt als een oud monument.
Groot deel van de weg bestaat uit een uitzonderlijk grote ophoging, tot 50 ft breed en 6 ft hoog. Dit is veel breder dan de meeste Romeinse wegen. Dit zou van een grote afstand zichtbaar zijn geweest en moet bedoeld zijn geweest om de inheemse bevolking te imponeren, aangezien het vanuit een technisch oogpunt onnodig was. Het bood een snelle doorgangsroute voor soldaten over Cranborne Chase.
