Die Cox-Höhle befindet sich in der Cheddar Gorge in den Mendip Hills, in Somerset, England. Sie ist für die Öffentlichkeit als.show cave geöffnet.
Die Höhle ist nach dem Mühlenbesitzer George Cox benannt, der sie 1837 entdeckte, während er Kalkstein für ein neues Gebäude abbaute.
Cox eröffnete sie sofort im folgenden Jahr als Schauhöhle und betrieb sie als privates Unternehmen, bis der Grundstückseigentümer Thomas Thynne, 5. Marquis von Bath, zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts die Kontrolle übernahm. Sie wurde 1987 durch einen Tunnel mit der benachbarten künstlichen Pavey’s Cave verbunden.
