Der River Bourne ist ein kleiner Fluss in Dorset, England. Er fließt in den Ärmelkanal bei Bournemouth und hat seinen Namen einfach von mittelenglisch bourn oder burn, einem kleinen Bach, erhalten, den er der Stadt an seiner Mündung gibt.
Der Bourne besteht aus zwei Hauptzuflüssen mit insgesamt etwas über 13 Kilometern Wasserweg; von dieser Gesamtlänge sind 5,7 Kilometer verrohrt und 7,5 Kilometer sind offener Bach. Das Einzugsgebiet umfasst etwa 14 Quadratkilometer, von denen etwa 70 % innerhalb des Stadtbezirks Poole liegen.
