Das Royal Portsmouth Hospital in Portsmouth, England, befand sich in der Commercial Road, nahe dem Einkaufszentrum und in der Nähe des Portsmouth Dockyard.
Die Einrichtung hat ihre Ursprünge als Portsmouth und Portsea General Dispensary, das 1821 am St George's Square in Portsmouth gegründet wurde. Es zog in die Commercial Road und wurde dort 1849 als Royal Portsmouth, Portsea und Gosport Hospital eröffnet. 1866 wurde es zum Royal Portsmouth Hospital.
