Der Great Glen Fault ist ein Verwerfung, die durch das Great Glen in Schottland verläuft. Die Verwerfung ist heute größtenteils inaktiv, aber in den letzten 150 Jahren wurden gelegentlich mäßige Erschütterungen aufgezeichnet.
In Nordost-Südwest-Ausrichtung erstreckt sich der Great Glen Fault weiter südwestlich in einer geraden Linie durch Loch Linnhe und den Firth of Lorne und dann weiter nach Nordwestirland, direkt durch den Lough Swilly, die Donegal Bay und die Clew Bay als Leannan Fault. Im Nordosten verbindet sich die Verwerfung mit dem Walls Boundary Fault und dem zugehörigen Melby Fault und Nestings Fault, bevor sie durch die Effekte der mesozoischen Riftung nördlich von Shetland verdeckt wird.
