Teletubbies [ˈtɛliˌtʌbiːz] ist der Titel einer Fernsehserie für Kleinkinder. Entwickelt von Anne Wood und Andrew Davenport, wurde die Serie von 1997 bis 2001 von Ragdoll im Auftrag der BBC bei Whitchurch produziert. In Deutschland begann der Kinderkanal KiKA am 29. März 1999 mit der Ausstrahlung. Seit November 2015 werden neue englische Folgen ausgestrahlt. Seit April 2017 werden neue deutsche Folgen gesendet.
Die Teletubbies sind vier rundliche Figuren, welche sich durch ihre Körperfarbe und die Form der Antennen auf ihrem Kopf unterscheiden. Auf ihrem Bauch haben sie einen aufgemalten Bildschirm. Sie leben in einer surrealen Gartenlandschaft mit dem Teletubby-Haus als Mittelpunkt.
