Die Burg von Methoni ist eine mittelalterliche Festung in der Hafenstadt Methoni, Messenien, im Südwesten Griechenlands. Die Burg von Methoni nimmt das gesamte Gebiet der Landzunge und die Südwestküste bis zur kleinen Insel ein, die ebenfalls mit einem achteckigen Turm befestigt ist und von drei Seiten vom Meer geschützt wird. Der nördliche Teil, der dem Festland zugewandt ist, ist von einer stark befestigten Akropolis bedeckt. Ein tiefer Graben trennt die Burg vom Festland, und die Kommunikation wurde durch eine Holzbrücke hergestellt. Die Venezianer bauten auf den antiken Mauern und fügten während beider Perioden, in denen sie die Burg besetzten, hinzu und reparierten sie.
