Het kasteel van Methoni is een middeleeuwse versterking in de havenstad Methoni, Messenia, in het zuidwesten van Griekenland. Het kasteel van Methoni beslaat het hele gebied van de kaap en de zuidwestelijke kust tot het kleine eilandje dat ook is versterkt met een achthoekige toren en wordt beschermd door de zee aan drie zijden. Het noordelijke deel, dat naar het land kijkt, is bedekt door een zwaar versterkte akropolis. Een diepe gracht scheidt het kasteel van het land en de communicatie werd bereikt via een houten brug. De Venetianen bouwden op de oude vestingwerken en voegden eraan toe en repareerden het gedurende beide periodes dat ze het kasteel bezetten.
