Das Fürstentum Samos war im 19. und im beginnenden 20. Jahrhundert für ein knappes Jahrhundert ein autonomer regierter Bezirk im Osmanischen Reich, der aus der Insel Samos bestand. Die Hauptstadt des Fürstentums war Vathy, heute Samos genannt. Die Insel war in vier Distrikte mit den Hauptorten Vathy, Chora, Karlovasi und Marathokambos geteilt, die noch heute weitestgehend der Verwaltungsgliederung von Samos zugrunde liegen.
