März 2009 beschäftigte das Unternehmen 23.638 Mitarbeiter zuzüglich mehr als 7.000 in Tochterunternehmen. Fabriken des Unternehmens gibt es in Jamshedpur, Pune, Lakhnau, Pantnagar und Dharwad.
