Tata Motors Limited is een Indiaas automerk. Vanaf 2008 is het ook de eigenaar van Jaguar en Land Rover.
Tata Motors werd in 1945 opgericht en maakt onderdeel uit van de Tata Group. De geschiedenis van Tata Group gaat terug tot 1868. Tot 1961 werden de voertuigen alleen in India afgezet, maar tegenwoordig is het wereldwijd actief. Bij het bedrijf werken bijna 80.000 mensen, waarvan iets meer dan de helft in India. Per jaar worden meer dan een miljoen voertuigen verkocht en de omzet bedraag ruim US$ 40 miljard dollar.
