Rathvilly ist ein Dorf im County Carlow, Irland. Das Dorf liegt am Fluss Slaney in der Nähe der Grenze zum County Wicklow, 11 km von Tullow und 8 km von Baltinglass entfernt. Es liegt auch an der nationalen Nebenstraße N81. Rathvilly gewann den Irish Tidy Towns Wettbewerb in den Jahren 1961, 1963 und 1968.
Im Zentrum des Dorfes gibt es eine Statue, die Kevin Barry gewidmet ist, einem 18-Jährigen, der am 1. November 1920 wegen seiner Beteiligung am Irischen Unabhängigkeitskrieg hingerichtet wurde. Obwohl er aus Dublin stammte, hatte Barry örtliche Familie und hatte die nationale Schule in Rathvilly besucht.
