Marzabotto ist eine kleine italienische Ortschaft in den Apenninen, in deren Nähe die Reste einer etruskischen Stadt ausgegraben wurden. Es handelt sich um die am besten erhaltene und erforschte etruskische Stadt.
Die Grabungen von Marzabotto sind auch mit dem Beginn der keltischen Archäologie in Italien eng verbunden. Beim 5. Kongress für prähistorische Anthropologie und Archäologie in Bologna 1871 wurden auch erstmals die kulturellen Verbindungen einiger Funde mit dem transalpinen West- und Mitteleuropa erwähnt.
