Matera Centrale ist der Hauptbahnhof der italienischen Stadt Matera in Basilikata. Er gehört den Ferrovie Appulo Lucane, einem privaten Unternehmen mit Sitz in Bari, und ist der nächstgelegene Bahnhof zu den Sassi.
Der Bahnhof wurde 1915 eröffnet und war der südliche Endbahnhof der Linie von Bari und Altamura. 1928 wurde der Abschnitt Matera-Miglionico eröffnet, der Teil der Linie nach Ferrandina und Montalbano Jonico war, die zwischen 1932 und 1972 in Betrieb war. Ursprünglich ein Oberirdischer Bahnhof, wurde er in einen unterirdischen Bahnhof umgewandelt.
