Der Agnano ist ein Vulkankrater in den Phlegräischen Feldern in der Nähe von Neapel in Italien. Es ist seit der Antike für seine heißen Quellen bekannt und liegt heute in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Der Krater war früher mit Wasser gefüllt, aber der Agnano-See wurde 1870 trockengelegt. Unter anderem befindet sich hier die berühmte Hundsgrotte. Einen Teil der Astroni bildet das Agnano-Gebiet.
